Our wines are carefully crafted in a traditional way and with a deep respect for nature and its cycles. From vine growing to winemaking, our ethics is to respect those cycles. For this reason, the vineyard is grown the old way, plowed with horses, and each vine is carefully dug, pruned, and harvested by hand.
Placed in the Secano Interior, the vineyard is only watered with rainwater and is free of pesticides and insecticides.
Vinification is done with native yeasts, no corrections nor filtration processes are used. All our wines are aged for more than a year in raulí vats. Here, we expect live wine to fulfill its biological processes at its own natural pace. This is why our wines are not aged, but rather waited.
